Can I connect MikroTik?
Yes. A small agent runs on your network and talks to your MikroTik routers over the RouterOS API. It connects out to the platform, so you don't open any port on your router to the internet.
Can the system automatically disconnect overdue subscribers?
Yes. When an invoice passes its due date and your grace period, the subscriber is moved to a walled garden where they can still reach their payment portal. They're reconnected automatically once the invoice is fully paid. A partial payment is credited to their account but doesn't reconnect them.
Can subscribers pay online?
Yes. Each subscriber has a portal with their balance and due date. They can pay with GCash, Maya, QR Ph or bank transfer, and payments are matched to their invoice automatically.
Can I send SMS reminders?
Yes. Reminders before the due date, payment receipts, suspension and reconnection notices are sent automatically. You can edit the wording of each message.
Can I manage multiple routers?
Yes. Add each router to the console and assign subscribers to it. Network status, sessions and enforcement are tracked per router.
Can I customize billing plans?
Yes. Set each plan's speed, monthly price and billing day, and move subscribers between plans at any time. Speed changes are pushed to the router.
Does it support GCash and Maya?
Yes, along with QR Ph, bank transfers and cash collected in the field. Cash and bank deposits are recorded the same way as online payments, so every peso is traceable.
