Complete IT & Network Solutions for Businesses and ISPs

We provide MikroTik configuration, networking products, ISP billing systems, VPN solutions, notification platforms, and custom software development for businesses of all sizes.

01 — Who we are

PingSphere is a networking and software engineering company. We design the infrastructure, then we build the systems that run on top of it.

Most vendors stop at the router. We start there. Our engineers specialise in MikroTik RouterOS — routing, VLAN segmentation, firewall policy, PCC load balancing, failover, queue trees and hotspot deployment — and we supply the hardware to go with it. But the reason clients keep us on retainer is what happens after the network is stable.

We write software. Billing platforms that reconcile against real payment gateways. Notification systems that reach subscribers before a due date becomes a disconnection. Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet a business has quietly outgrown. Everything is built in-house, documented, and handed over with training.

That work is not limited to ISPs. We deploy for schools running campus-wide Wi-Fi and student records, hotels with guest portals and booking systems, offices needing site-to-site VPN between branches, and retail businesses that need a POS talking to an inventory system that actually reflects what is on the shelf.

02 — What we do

Six disciplines, one accountable team

No sub-contracting, no finger-pointing between the network vendor and the software vendor. The people who configure your routers are in the same room as the people who write your billing system.

S/01

MikroTik Configuration

RouterOS built to a written design, not clicked together. We document every address list, mangle rule and queue so the next engineer — ours or yours — can read the box like a diagram.

MikroTik Products

Genuine stock, specified against your actual throughput and port count — not whatever is on the shelf. We size the CCR or hEX to the traffic profile, then stage and label it before it ships.

  • Routers
  • Switches
  • Wireless Devices
  • SFP Modules
  • Accessories

ISP Billing System

Subscriber records, invoicing and payment reconciliation that stays in step with the router — activation and cut-off driven by the ledger, not by hand.

  • Customer Management
  • Online Payments
  • Invoicing
  • Service Plans
  • SMS Notifications
  • Reports
  • Dashboard
  • Client Portal

VPN Solutions

Modern WireGuard tunnels with clean key rotation and per-branch routing — fast enough that staff forget it is there.

  • WireGuard VPN
  • Secure Remote Access
  • Site-to-Site VPN
  • Branch Connectivity

PingNotify

Our own notification platform. Schedule reminders, fire payment alerts, and send SMS through an Android gateway — no per-message carrier contract required.

Custom Software Development

When off-the-shelf software forces you to change how your business works, it is the wrong software. We build to your process — then hand over the source, the schema and the documentation.

“If your business needs a custom system, we can build it.”

03 — Why PingSphere

Eight reasons clients stay after the install

Deployment is the easy part. What separates a vendor from a partner is the eighteen months that follow it.

01

Professional Engineers

MikroTik-certified engineers who work from a written design and leave a documented, auditable configuration behind.

02

Reliable Support

A named engineer, a real escalation path, and a four-hour response window on anything that takes revenue offline.

03

Secure Solutions

Least-privilege firewall policy, segmented VLANs, key-based access and encrypted tunnels — hardened by default, not on request.

04

Fast Deployment

Hardware pre-staged and configured before it leaves us. Most single-site rollouts are live inside a working week.

05

Scalable Systems

Addressing, VLAN plans and database schemas designed for the subscriber count you expect in year three, not year one.

06

Business Automation

Recurring invoices, due-date reminders, stock alerts and service cut-offs that run on schedule without anyone remembering.

07

Custom Development

Built around your workflow, integrated with what you already run, and delivered with the source code in your hands.

08

Affordable Solutions

Scoped honestly and quoted in phases, so you fund what you need now and expand when the return is proven.

04 — Industries

Different sectors, the same underlying problem

A hotel and a warehouse look nothing alike on paper. Underneath, both need a segmented network, a system of record, and something that reminds people before a deadline passes.

05 — Featured solutions

The five things we are asked for most

Select a solution to inspect it. These are the platforms we deploy, maintain and extend week after week.

06 — How we work

Six stages, no surprises

Every engagement follows the same path. You know what happens next, what it costs, and who is responsible for it.

STAGE 01

Consultation

We walk the site, read the existing config, and ask what actually goes wrong. No quote until we understand the problem.

STAGE 02

Planning

A written design: topology, addressing, VLAN plan, hardware list and a phased schedule with fixed costs.

STAGE 03

Development

Configuration and software built and tested in a lab that mirrors your environment. You review before anything ships.

STAGE 04

Deployment

Cutover scheduled in your low-traffic window, with a tested rollback ready before we touch a production device.

STAGE 05

Training

Hands-on sessions for the people who will run it day to day, plus written runbooks for the failure cases.

STAGE 06

Support

Monitoring, patching and a named engineer on retainer. We stay accountable for what we built.

08 — Contact

Tell us what is breaking

Send the details and an engineer — not a sales rep — will reply. If it is urgent, call. We answer.

Your details go to our team only. We do not sell or share contact data.
